7th Pay Commission: After Yogi, this CM also gave Diwali bonanza, salary will increase this month

DA Hike Update: The Union Cabinet has also announced to give 78 days bonus to railway employees. Similarly, Yogi government will also pay Diwali bonus to all its employees in this month’s salary.

DA Hike: Before Diwali, Tamil Nadu government has also given good news to government employees and pensioners. Chief Minister MK Stalin announced to increase DA of government employees by four percent. This increase in DA will be effective from July 1, 2023. About 16 lakh state government employees, teachers and pensioners will benefit from the government’s decision. This step will put an additional burden of Rs 2,546.16 crore on the government every year.

DA increased to 46 percent

CM Stalin has ordered to increase DA from the current 42 percent to 46 percent from July 1. Earlier, an announcement was made by the Central and Yogi governments of UP to increase the DA of the employees. The Union Cabinet has also announced to give 78 days bonus to railway employees. Similarly, Yogi government will also pay Diwali bonus to all its employees in this month’s salary.

The Modi government at the Center has also increased the DA/DR of more than 49 lakh central employees and pensioners to 46 percent. More than 65 lakh pensioners will also benefit from this step. A few days after this decision of the government, the Railway Board had also announced to increase DA by 4 percent.
