Lok Sabha Elections: BJP released list for Jharkhand, Sita Soren got ticket from this seat

Jharkhand Lok Sabha Elections 2024: There are a total of 14 Lok Sabha seats from Jharkhand on which BJP is announcing its candidates one by one. Candidates were announced for three seats on Sunday.

Jharkhand News : BJP released the fifth list of candidates on Sunday. This also includes three seats of Jharkhand. Sita Soren, who recently joined BJP, has also been given ticket. Sita Soren has been given ticket from Dumka seat. Sita Soren is the daughter-in-law of JMM founder Shibu Soren and sister-in-law of former CM Hemant Soren.

Sita is currently an MLA from Jama seat of Jharkhand. She has also been the General Secretary of JMM. Sita Soren had written a letter to Shibu Soren alleging that after the death of Durga Soren, she has been isolated in the family, which is painful.

Sita wrote in her resignation letter, “I am presenting my resignation before you with a very sad heart.” My husband Durga Soren was a leading warrior of the Jharkhand movement and a great revolutionary. Since his death, I and my family have been victims of continuous neglect.

BJP releases 5th list of candidates for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.

  • Nityanand Rai to contest from Ujiarpur.
  • Giriraj Singh from Begusarai.
  • Ravi Shankar Prasad from Patna Sahib.
  • Kangana Ranaut from Mandi.
  • Naveen Jindal from Kurukshetra.
  • Sita Soren from Dumka.

 He got ticket from Dhanbad

Sita had said that keeping morality in mind, she is also resigning from the post of MLA as she has been elected as MLA from Jama on JMM ticket. On the other hand, apart from Sita, BJP has announced two other names.

Tickets have been given to Kalicharan Singh from Chatra and Dhulu Mahato from Dhanbad. Kalicharan Singh is the state vice president of BJP in Jharkhand and comes from Chatra region. Dhulu Mahato is a BJP MLA. He represents Baghmara seat of Jharkhand.
