Ranchi Rain Alert: There is a possibility of hailstorm and thunderstorm along with heavy rain in Ranchi and other parts of Jharkhand today. The Meteorological Department has issued an orange alert with strong winds (50-60 km/h).

On the other hand, talking about today’s weather, an orange alert has been issued in the entire state today. There is a possibility of hailstorm along with heavy rain. In such a situation, farmers also need to be cautious about their crops.
Meteorologist Abhishek Anand of Ranchi Meteorological Center said, a cyclonic trough is crossing Jharkhand. Due to which you will get to see a lot of rain today. Apart from this, a cyclonic circulation is also formed in the Bay of Bengal, the effect of which you will see very intense today. Especially the wind will blow at a speed of 50-60 kilometers per hour. There is a need to be very careful with this.
Clouds will rain today
Today there is a possibility of good rain not only in some districts but in the entire state. Along with rain, there is a possibility of intense thunderstorms and hailstorms will also be severe. According to the Meteorological Department, especially farmers need to be very cautious about their crops. It would be good if you keep your crop in a safe place or try to cover it. Otherwise, the crop may get destroyed.
Apart from this, strong winds will blow at a speed of 50 to 60 kilometers per hour. The weather department has warned that if you go out, especially if you drive, then stop the vehicle and take shelter in a safe place. There is a high possibility of trees falling in such strong winds. So do not stand under a tree or a pole even by mistake.
6 to 7 degrees drop in maximum and minimum temperature
Due to rain, you may once again feel the cold of January. Because, there will be partial clouds and the maximum temperature will also drop due to rain. Where the maximum temperature can drop by 6 to 7 degrees and the minimum temperature can also go up by 4 to 5 degrees.

Talking about the possible temperature, maximum 29 and minimum 18 degrees can be recorded in Deoghar, Dhanbad, Dumka, Giridih, Godda, Jamtara, Pakur and Sahibganj, maximum 29 degrees and minimum 17 degrees in Koderma, Chatra, Garhwa, Latehar, Lohardaga, Palamu, maximum 27 degrees and minimum 16 degrees in Bokaro, Ramgarh, Hazaribagh, Ranchi, Khunti, Gumla, maximum 30 degrees and minimum 18 degrees, East and West Singhbhum, Saraikela Kharsawan and Simdega can be recorded maximum 30 and minimum 18 degrees.
