Today i.e. on Tuesday (October 3), a big fall was seen in the prices of gold and silver in the bullion market. According to India Bullion and Jewelers Association (IBJA), the price of 24 carat gold has fallen by Rs 1,044 to Rs 56,675 per 10 grams.

At the same time, the price of silver also fell by more than Rs 4000. It has slipped by Rs 4,566 to Rs 67,037 per kg. Earlier on Monday it was at Rs 71,603. According to experts, gold and silver may become cheaper in the coming days.

Gold fell by Rs 1,593 and silver by Rs 2,909 in September

At the beginning of September i.e. on September 1, gold was at Rs 59,312 per 10 grams, which has now come down to Rs 57,719. That means its price has seen a decline of Rs 1,593 so far this month. Talking about silver, its price decreased by Rs 2,909. It had fallen from Rs 74,512 per kg to Rs 71,603 on September 30.

Gold can reach up to Rs 56 thousand

According to Anuj Gupta, Head (Commodity and Currency), HDFC Securities, the dollar index has currently reached 106.82. This is its 10 month high, that is why gold is weak right now. Apart from this, the price of 1 dollar has also reached above 83 rupees.

Due to this there is pressure on gold. According to Anuj Gupta, this decline may continue in the coming days and gold may reach Rs 56 thousand per 10 grams.
