To use UPI 123Pay, it is necessary that the device from which you want to make payment is linked to your bank account. There are four ways to pay with UPI 123Pay-
via missed call
If you have a feature phone and you want to make a payment at a store or deposit a bill, give a missed call to a common number and wait for a call back. When you get a call back, enter your UPI number and your transaction will be done.
IVR (Interactive Voice Response)
For this type of transaction, a pre-determined number has to be called first. After this, by entering the UPI number, the amount of rupees to be paid has to be entered. There is also an option to make payment through tone-tag voice on the same line.
UPI Application
This app is specially made for feature phones. For this, it is necessary to have UPI application in the customer’s phone. Only the option of scan and pay cannot be used through this. All other types of transactions can be done from this app.
Proximity sound payment
Sound webs technology is used in this type of payment mode. It can be used not only in feature phones but also in devices like smart phones, card swipe machines, point-of-sale devices.
