Bihar Board 10th Exam 2024: Bihar Board Matriculation exam will start tomorrow from Thursday, 15th February. There is a ban on coming wearing shoes and socks. Also, you will have to reach half an hour before. The first shift exam will be held from 09:30 am to 12:45 pm and the second shift exam will be held from 02:00 pm to 5:15 pm.
The candidates of the first shift will enter by 09:00 and the candidates of the second shift will enter by 01:30. Those coming late will not be allowed to enter the examination hall. It has been ordered that if the candidates coming after 9 o’clock create ruckus regarding admission, they will be expelled from the examination for two years. 1585 centers have been created in 38 districts for the Bihar Board Matriculation examination which will run till 23rd February.
16 lakh 94 thousand 781 candidates will appear. The highest number are girl students. 8 lakh 22 thousand 587 boys and 8 lakh 72 thousand 194 girl students will appear in the examination. This time there are 49 thousand 609 more girls than boys.
Keep these 5 rules in mind before going to the examination center
1- Go to the center only with admit card, pen, pencil, instrument box. In any case, arrive 30 minutes early otherwise you will not be allowed entry.
2- Do not go wearing shoes and socks. Go wearing slippers.
3- Do not take mobile, blue-tooth, pager, whitener, electronic gadgets and eraser inside the centre.
4- Do not use whitener and eraser on OMR seat.
5- If there is an error in the admit card, bring the identity card only. If there is a mistake in the photo of the admit card or someone else’s photo is printed, then the students will have to reach the examination center with the identity card. Students should bring Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, Passport, Driving License.
Answer book will be data-rich
Answer sheets containing data and OMR answer sheets will be given. In view of the shortage of examination buildings in the district headquarters and sub-divisions in proportion to the increasing number of students in the matriculation examination every year, the matriculation examination will be conducted in two shifts.
After seating the candidates of one code in ascending order, seats will be allotted for seating the candidates of the other code. A copy of the seat plan will be pasted at the main gate of the examination center and will also be written in big letters on the black board in the examination center premises.
Patna district has 70 centers for 75,850 candidates. In Patna also maximum number of 40 thousand 364 girl students will participate. The number of girls is 4,878 more than boys.
