Which government increased DA
Under the Seventh Pay Commission, the dearness allowance and dearness relief for the employees and pensioners have been increased by the Haryana government. The government has increased it by 4 percent. After this increase, DA and DR for employees and pensioners has increased to 42 percent. According to the order issued by the state government, this increase will be considered effective from January 1, 2023. Earlier, 38 per cent dearness relief was given to the employees.
Which states have increased DA
Before the Haryana government, many other states have increased the dearness allowance under the Seventh Pay Commission. The Rajasthan government had also increased DA by 4 percent. After this, the Government of Assam and the Government of Jharkhand gave a gift of 4 percent DA hike to the employees for relief from inflation.
Central government had taken a big decision
While making a big announcement for the central employees, the central government had given a gift of 4 percent DA hike. After this increase, dearness allowance of crores of employees and pensioners has increased from 38 per cent to 42 per cent.
How much salary will increase
The central government can increase the basic salary of the employees in July, after which their salary will increase. After increasing the fitment factor, the salary of the employees will increase by Rs 3000 or more. On the other hand, if the 7th Pay Commission is implemented on the second change fitment factor 3.68 percent, then the basic salary of the employees will increase by 8 thousand rupees. In such a situation, the basic salary will be 18 thousand to 26 thousand.
