The High Court has given an important decision in the interest of the employees. In its judgement, the court made it clear that the government cannot shirk from the responsibility of providing benefits to the employees and in such a situation the employee should be given the benefit of the minimum pay scale. While hearing the petition, the High Court has made it clear that the pay scale should be paid to the employees as soon as possible.
Employees New Pay Scale: The High Court has given important relief to the employees. In fact, the High Court has said in one of its important decisions that the government cannot turn away from the legal obligation to give minimum pay scale to the employees. Along with this, the High Court directed that the benefit of the minimum pay scale should be given to the employee at the earliest.
An important decision has been given by the Lucknow bench of the Allahabad High Court. In which while giving decision in the interest of the employees, the High Court has clarified that the benefit of minimum pay scale will also be given to the daily wage workers hired through the service provider agency. The government cannot turn away from the responsibility of providing minimum wages. Along with this, the court has ordered the Department of Horticulture and Food Processing that the daily wage earners should also be paid the minimum pay scale like their similar employees.

The matter was being heard by the Lucknow bench. The single bench of Justice Vivek Chaudhary while giving the verdict ordered that the benefit of minimum pay scale should be given to the employee. Tell that the petitioner is a class IV daily wage worker in the scientific department of the State Tissue Culture Laboratory. He is working as a gardener as a daily wage worker of class IV.

The same petitioner while petitioning the court said that all the employees doing similar work are being given the benefit of minimum pay scale but they have been deprived of this benefit. Along with this, he told that along with the demand of minimum pay scale like the employees working in the same way, a representation was also given to the department, but the director of the department refused to give the minimum pay scale.
Will get the benefit of minimum pay scale
Now, while hearing the petition filed by the petitioner in this matter, the Lucknow Bench of the Allahabad High Court has clarified that the employee will be given the benefit of the minimum pay scale like other employees.
