Bullion trader and member of the Indian Bullion Jewelers Association Manish Sharma told Local 18 that there was a jump in the price of gold and silver. Whereas till yesterday (Friday) evening silver was sold at the rate of Rs 88,500.

Rise in the price of gold

Manish Sharma told that there has been a rise in the price of 22 carat and 24 carat gold. 22 carat gold was sold at Rs 67,250 per 10 grams yesterday evening. Today also its price has been fixed at Rs 67,350. That is, a jump of Rs 100 has been seen in the price. On Friday, people bought 24 carat gold at the rate of Rs 70,610 per 10 grams. Today its price has been fixed at Rs 70,720. That is, a jump of Rs 110 has been seen in the price.
