Hemant Soren: A hearing was held in the ED court on Saturday regarding the provisional bail of Hemant Soren. After completion of the hearing, the court has reserved the decision. In fact, in the petition filed on behalf of Hemant Soren, it has been said that his elder father Rajaram Soren has passed away. He should be given bail for 13 days to attend his funeral.
Former Chief Minister Hemant Soren has appealed to the ED court to grant him provisional bail. It has been said in the petition that his elder father Rajaram Soren has passed away. Therefore, he should be granted provisional bail for 13 days to attend the funeral.
ED has arrested Hemant Soren in the land scam case. At present, he is lodged in Hotwar jail. A hearing was held in the court in this matter and after the arguments of both the parties were completed, the court’s decision was reserved.
