In his address he attacked the BJP government at the Centre. He said that in the 18th century, there was a revolution in Santhal Pargana against the British rule, in the same way there will be a revolution against the central government from the land of Sahibganj. Those who imprisoned Hemant Soren will have to answer for this.

Inspiring enthusiasm among JMM leaders and workers who were disappointed after Hemant Soren was jailed, Kalpana said that she is proud to be the daughter-in-law of the Soren family.
To take forward the lessons of struggle that I have learned from Dishom Guru Shibu Soren and mother-in-law Rupi Soren, I had to cross the threshold of the house after 18 years, I will not let it go waste.
