Bank of Baroda is offering interest rates ranging from 8.40 percent to 10.60 percent on home loans of Rs 30 lakh. The bank is charging up to 0.50 percent of the loan amount as loan processing fee.
Union Bank of India is charging interest rates between 8.40 to 10.80 percent on home loans from its customers. Processing percentage can be taken up to 0.50 percent of the total amount or a maximum of Rs 15,000.
IDBI Bank is offering interest rates ranging from 8.45 to 12.25 percent on home loan. At the same time, customers will have to pay an amount ranging from Rs 5,000 to Rs 15,000 as processing fee.
Indian Bank is offering interest rates on home loans ranging between 8.45 percent to 10.20 percent. At the same time, up to 0.25 percent of the loan amount can be charged as processing fee.
If you take a loan of Rs 30 lakh from UCO Bank for a tenure of 20 years, you will have to pay 8.45 to 12.60 percent interest rate. In this, the bank will have to pay Rs 1,500 to Rs 15,000 as processing fee.
