In the last 24 hours, light to moderate rain was seen at isolated places in Ranchi, the capital of Jharkhand. The situation remained the same in other districts also. According to the weather center, the effect of western disturbance will be seen in Jharkhand even today. Due to this, there may be rain in many districts. There is also a possibility of thunderstorm along with strong wind, for which a yellow alert has been issued.

Be cautious of strong wind
According to the weather centre, today there will be very strong winds in some districts, the speed of which will be 30 to 40 kilometers per hour. These include Garhwa, Palamu, Chatra, Latehar, Lohardaga, Ranchi, Gumla, Khunti, Simdega, West and East Singhbhum, Seraikela Kharsawan, Bokaro, Hazaribagh, Koderma and Ramgarh.
The weather center has issued a yellow alert especially for these districts. Meteorologist Abhishek Anand said that due to strong wind, there is a high possibility of electric poles, wires and tree branches falling, hence do not even by mistake take the support of a tree outside as a safe place. At the same time, there is a possibility of strong wind as well as thunderstorm in these districts, so keep yourself safe.
There may be disruption in the match
The meteorologist said that due to western disturbance, light moderate rain and strong wind will be seen in Ranchi also. Due to this, there may be some disruption in the Test series being played between India and England. However, this light rain will be sporadic and will last for some time only, so fans do not need to worry too much.
