IMD Rain Alert: There will be no respite from cold, after cold wave and fog, now rain will trouble.

Weather News 26th January: 26th January is the Republic Day of India, today amidst the shivering cold, brave soldiers will roar on the duty path in Delhi. These days people are troubled by cold wave and fog in North Indian cities including Delhi NCR.

People are taking help of bonfire to escape the cold. Meanwhile, the Meteorological Department has given some relief information regarding the cold. According to IMD information, there is a possibility of dense fog on 26th January, Republic Day and 27th January. After this people will get relief from cold.

According to the information of the Meteorological Department, due to western disturbance, the weather may change in the western Himalayan region till January 31. An alert of snowfall along with rain has been issued here. There is a possibility of dense clouds in the capital Delhi on Republic Day.

According to Skymet Weather report, dense fog may occur in many parts of Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and Bihar during morning and night. Dense fog may occur in some parts of North Rajasthan, North Madhya Pradesh, Uttarakhand and North-East India. There is dew in Delhi NCR since morning and Noida, Ghaziabad, Meerut, Muzaffarnagar are also in the grip of dense fog.

People of Delhi NCR troubled by cold winds,

now the intensity of cold is increasing even more due to icy winds. Due to the increase in the speed of these winds coming from the north-west direction on Thursday, coolness is being felt since Friday morning. Meanwhile, the Meteorological Department has informed that there will be rain in the Western Himalayan region till January 31.

Let us tell you that the Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued an alert of ‘Cold Day’ and ‘Severe Cold Day’ in some parts of North India like Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh and Rajasthan. The minimum temperature recorded today in Delhi is 7 degrees Celsius, while the maximum temperature can reach 18 degrees Celsius.
