Indian Railways IRCTC: Indian Railways has prepared to run more than 250 special trains in view of the crowd and number of passengers on Ganesh festival, so that the passengers coming from the village and going to the city can easily get confirmed tickets. All these trains will be run from Mumbai by the Railways, so that there is no problem on Ganesh festival.
In view of the problems of the passengers, the Central Railway has also announced to run 18 non-reserved trains. Earlier, Mumbai Division had announced to run 208 special trains for Ganpati Mahatsav to be held in September.
At the same time, 40 more special trains were increased due to the high estimate of the number of passengers. Now 18 new trains have been added to the list of special trains, which means that now a total of 266 special trains will be run.
Where will Ganpati special trains run?
Special trains will be run by Indian Railways for different states, which will go to Mumbai. These trains will cover most of the railway stations of Mumbai. More than 250 special trains will pass through the cities of Bihar and Uttar Pradesh. At the same time, these special trains will also be run for places like Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Gujarat. Most of the trains will operate for Maharashtra and neighboring states.
Western Railway will also run special train
It has also been informed by the Western Railway that some special trains have been arranged for the Ganpati festival. These trains will run from 14 September to 1 October. It has been said by the Railways that a total of 40 special trains will be run for this.
Special train will run for here also
For the convenience of passengers, Western Railway will run six weekly Ganpati special trains between Udhna and Madgaon. The trains will run from 15 September to 29 September. It will run from Udhna on Fridays, while from September 15 to September 30 it will run from Madgaon every Saturday.
