Narayan Murthy’s company will implement salary hike for different grades of staff from February. Its first phase will start in February. This salary hike is being done for the changed appraisal of work from September 2022 to October 2023. In February, the staff of job level five and below will be given a letter of salary increase from January 1. That is, the increased salary will be given from January itself.
Its grade letter was given to the staff in December 2023 itself. Only the letter of how much salary will increase will be given in February. Track lead staff is included in the JL 5 category. Software engineers, senior engineers, system engineers and consultants fall below the level of JL 5 category. Manager, Senior Manager, Delivery Manager and Senior Delivery Manager are included in the category of JL 6 and above. The last salary hike was in November 2023. The salary hike of JL 6 employees will be implemented from April. Letters will be given for this in March.
Staff given an average performance bonus of 85%
Infosys gave an average performance bonus of 85 per cent to the staff based on their performance in the second quarter of 2024-25. Which was slightly higher than the payment of 80 per cent in the first quarter. Earlier, the company had stopped salary hike in 2021-22 to save cash.

According to a Bloomberg report, Infosys profits may increase further. The rupee has reached a record low of Rs 86.39 against the dollar. Infosys is expected to benefit from this currency fluctuation in software exports. For this reason, experts are expecting a lot from this IT company.
