Jamshedpur Firing: Jharkhand’s iron city Jamshedpur was suddenly shaken by a flurry of bullets on Friday (17 November) afternoon. Heavy firing took place in broad daylight in East Plant colony of Burmamines police station area. The shooter is said to be a leader of the ruling party JMM. In this firing, a young man was shot, due to which he was seriously injured. The name of the injured youth is being told as Parmesh. He has been admitted to TMH for immediate treatment in his injured condition. The name of the one who shot is being told as Satto Gaur.
It is being told that the shooter is a leader of Jharkhand Mukti Morcha and due to his influence, he has spread terror in the entire area. Due to which he got seriously injured.
There was chaos in the area after this incident. Local people informed the police about this. The police team that reached the spot immediately took the injured youth to TMH Hospital, where he is being treated in a critical condition. Regarding this incident, Barmamines police station in-charge Ajay Kumar said that on receiving information about the firing, he reached there with his team and took the injured boy to the hospital. After this the investigation of the case was started. Interrogated other people at the spot regarding the firing incident. In this case, three youths have been detained on the basis of suspicion.
According to eyewitnesses, Parmesh had an argument with a young man before the incident. Their argument turned into a squabble. There was a dispute going on between them when suddenly the young man fired at Parmesh. Here after the incident, the local people caught one of the attackers involved in the firing, who was later handed over to the police.
