Now departmental action will be taken against teachers and principals who are negligent in filling the assessment forms of ‘Project Impact’, which was implemented to improve the quality of government schools in Jharkhand. Besides, the salaries of those teachers and principals will also be stopped. State Education Project Director Aditya Ranjan said this in the review meeting of Project Impact.
Aditya Ranjan said in the meeting that the assessment sheet of Project Impact does not have to be merely filled. It is also to be ensured that the environment in schools develops on the basis of the standards given in the assessment sheet. Not only studies, extra-curricular activities are also important in schools. From the month of May, surprise inspection of all the schools in the state will be done by the state level team.
Top five schools will be honored
Aditya Ranjan said that the top five schools performing better in the assessment sheet will be honored at the state level and action will be taken against the last five performing schools. Teachers and principals should coordinate and implement Project Impact responsibly. Start a responsibility register and distribute your tasks equally and fix responsibilities on a daily basis.
Keep the name of the house on the basis of geographical features.
Aditya Ranjan said that the name of the house should be based on the geographical features of the state and district. While deciding the name of the house, include the names of major places, rivers and tourist centers of that district. A responsible teacher should be made the head of the house. One house will take responsibility for the entire morning meetings for a week. The objective of the House is to inculcate a sense of responsibility in the children, so that leadership abilities develop in them. Teachers should keep tagging the group continuously.
