Actually, a businessman and a lawyer from Ranchi had lodged an FIR in Pandra OP accusing each other. Actually, land businessman Sanjeev Pandey had accused advocate Sujit Singh of cheating him of Rs 6 crore in the name of managing ED. Here, the lawyer says that the land businessman kidnapped him for not returning the money. Somehow he got free from his clutches and reached Pandra OP and registered a case. In the case registered, he has named land businessman Sanjeev Pandey, CO Prabhat Bhushan, Diwakar Dwivedi and three COs as accused. ED has taken this action in this case.
