Jharkhand Land Scam The investigation by the Enforcement Directorate is still going on in the money laundering case related to the alleged land scam case involving Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren. The ED court has extended the custody of 11 accused related to this case. Three other accused also appeared in the court personally. Let us tell you that Hemant Soren is currently on bail.
Jharkhand News: Jharkhand’s ED court has extended the judicial custody period of 11 accused including suspended revenue employee Bhanu Pratap Prasad, accused in the land scam, till October 3. Earlier, all the accused lodged in jail were produced before the court through video conferencing.
After the appearance, the court extended the judicial custody period of Bhanu Pratap Prasad, Antu Tirkey, Saddam, Afsar Ali, Vipin Kumar Singh, Priyaranjan Sahay, Irshad Akhtar, Shekhar Kushwaha, Hazaribagh court employee Irshad, Kolkata Registrar of Assurance employee Tapas Ghosh and watchman Sanjit Kumar by two weeks.
Chief Minister Hemant Soren also appeared. He is currently on bail. Three other accused architect Binod Kumar Singh, original land owner Rajkumar Pahan and Manoj Kumar Yadav personally appeared in the court.
