JMM has once again made the political battle exciting by fielding two-term MP Vijay Hansda from Rajmahal Lok Sabha seat under Santal Pargana. A face-to-face contest is being considered for this Muslim and Santali tribal dominated seat. Santal is considered a JMM stronghold, but the BJP has laid a strong cordon in this area to make inroads among the voters.

Political clash between two women in Singhbhum

The curtain has been lifted on JMM’s candidate from Singhbhum Lok Sabha seat. Former minister Joba Manjhi will contest elections on JMM symbol. Five-time MLA Joba is fighting against Geeta Koda, who left Congress and joined BJP.

Geeta is in the battlefield on BJP ticket. According to the candidates announced so far, Singhbhum is a seat where there is a fight between two women. Joba Manjhi is a Santali tribal and Geeta comes from the Koda Ho tribe. Geeta Koda was elected MP from here on the Congress symbol in 2019, contrary to the wave of PM Modi.
