Advocate General Rajeev Ranjan argued on behalf of Hemant Soren. On his behalf, the court was told that the money bill is passed in the budget session, hence the presence of Hemant Soren is necessary.
Actually, the budget session of Jharkhand Assembly will start from 23rd February, which will continue till 2nd March. Hemant Soren is currently lodged in Birsa Munda Central Jail under judicial custody of ED. Let us tell you that earlier Hemant Soren had got permission to participate in the proceedings of the House during the trust vote.
