Abhishek Anand, scientist of Ranchi Meteorological Center, said that today you will get to see the intense effect of cyclonic circulation in the Bay of Bengal. An alert has been issued in the entire state for today.

The Meteorological Department issued alerts 5 times in the last 24 hours within 4 hours i.e. from 2 pm to 6 pm. The first alert out of these was issued at 2:00 pm for Ranchi, Khunti and Lohardaga. After this, a yellow and then a red alert was issued at 2.38 pm and 3:15 pm. This alert was especially for East and West Singhbhum, Saraikela Kharsawan. A yellow alert was issued for Simdega at 5:30 pm.
