There may be rain in the southern parts of the state on Saturday. On February 25, there is a forecast of rain and thunder in the western and southern parts of the state. The Meteorological Department, Ranchi has issued a yellow alert and given a warning, naming the affected districts and given a forecast till February 27.

Once again the weather seems to be taking a turn in Jharkhand. The sky has been partly cloudy in the state since Friday evening. Meteorological officer Satish Chandra Mandal has said in the weather forecast that there is a western disturbance over Afghanistan which is likely to move towards the east, while the anti cyclone over the Bay of Bengal will strengthen in the coming days.

The effect of both can be seen in Jharkhand also. There will be partly cloudy sky over Jharkhand on 24th February and 25th February. Whereas on 26th and 27th February the situation will be more or less the same in the state.

Meteorologist Satish Chandra Mandal said that there may be rain in the southern parts of the state on Saturday. On February 25, there is a forecast of rain and thunder in the western and southern parts of the state. The Meteorological Department, Ranchi has issued a yellow alert and warned that on February 26 and February 27, there may be thunder, lightning, strong gust of wind and hailstorm in the western, southern and central parts of the state.

It will rain in the southern part

According to the Meteorological Center, there will be rain in the southern part of the state on February 24. There is a possibility of light to moderate rain. This includes West Singhbhum, East Singhbhum, Seraikela Kharsawan, Simdega districts. At the same time, there is a strong possibility of rain in the western, southern and central parts of the state on February 25. Which includes Palamu, Latehar, Chatra, Ranchi, Lohardaga, Gumla, Khunti, Dhanbad, Bokaro, Ramgarh and Hazaribagh districts.

Forecast of hailstorm

On February 26, hailstorm has been predicted in the western, southern and central parts of the state. The Meteorological Center has issued a yellow alert regarding this. Along with hailstorm, there will also be strong winds and thundering in these parts. During this period, there is a strong possibility of hailstorm in the western part. Which includes Palamu, Latehar, Garhwa, Chatra, Lohardaga, Gumla districts.

Strong winds will affect

On the other hand, there will be rain in some parts of the state on February 27. During this period, the effect of strong winds will be seen across the state. The wind speed here will be around 30 to 40 kilometers per hour.

There is also a possibility of thundering during this period. The Meteorological Center has said that the weather in the state will clear up from February 28. With this people will start feeling the heat. If we talk about temperature, till February 27 the average temperature of the state will be recorded at 16 degrees and the maximum will be recorded at 27 degrees.
