Price of Llpg gas cylinder in big cities of the country?
New rates of LPG have come into effect from February 2025. The price of commercial cylinder in Delhi has come down by Rs 7 to Rs 1797, while in Kolkata it has become Rs 1907, Rs 1749.5 in Mumbai and Rs 1959.5 per cylinder in Chennai. In Jaipur too, the price of commercial cylinder has been reduced by Rs 6.5, due to which its price has now become Rs 1825.
Domestic LPG cylinder prices
The price of domestic 14.2 kg LPG cylinder has not changed since August 2024. In February 2025, the price of domestic cylinder in Delhi remains Rs 803, Rs 829 in Kolkata, Rs 802.5 in Mumbai and Rs 818.5 in Chennai.

The industry is expecting a reduction in duty on petroleum products in the budget to be presented on February 1. Experts believe that the government may announce some relief related to LPG and other petroleum products. On the day of the 2024 budget, the price of commercial cylinder in Delhi was Rs 1769.50, while in 2023 it was Rs 1769. The price of the cylinder was reduced during the 2022 Budget, when its price in Delhi came down from Rs 1998.50 to Rs 1907.
