After the implementation of the new price, the commercial gas cylinder price in the capital Delhi has now increased from Rs 1755.50 to Rs 1769.50. At the same time, the price of 19 kg LPG cylinder in Kolkata has increased from Rs 1869 to Rs 1887, in Mumbai the rate of 19 kg cylinder has increased from Rs 1708.50 to Rs 1723.50 and in Chennai from Rs 1924.50 to Rs 1937. These new rates have come into effect from today itself.
Domestic gas cylinder prices did not change
The news of relief is that there has been no change in the price of domestic gas cylinder. This means that the 14 kg cylinder used at home in your city will still be available at the same price at which it was available till now. There has been no change in the price of 14.2 kg LPG cylinder since August. The last time on August 30, 2023, the price of domestic LPG cylinder was reduced by about Rs 200.
Commercial cylinder prices were reduced on January 1
On January 1, 2024, there was a slight decline in the price of 19 kg commercial gas cylinder by oil companies. On the New Year, the price of commercial cylinder was reduced by Rs 1.50. After the implementation of the new price, the price of 19 kg gas cylinder in Delhi reduced from Rs 1757 to Rs 1755.50. However, even at that time there was no change in the price of domestic gas cylinder.
