Minimum wage Hike: A big relief news has come for the workers and employees working in Delhi. The Delhi government has announced an increase in the minimum wages of workers under Minimum Wage Hike. This decision will directly increase the monthly income of thousands of workers.

Wages increased from Rs 390 to Rs 520
According to government data, the increase has been made from Rs 390 to Rs 520 per month according to the categories of workers. This decision of Minimum Wage Hike will benefit the workers employed in all scheduled employments.
The Labour Department of the Delhi Government has issued an order in this regard and clarified that if a worker is paid less than the revised rates, he can complain to the Joint Labour Commissioner or Deputy Labour Commissioner. Complaints will be heard under the Wages Act, 1948.
