The price of mushroom in the market is about 150 to 500 rupees per kg. It totally depends on their quality. You can easily earn 2000 to 4000 rupees per month by doing farming in a small 10 x 10 feet room. Once the setup is created, you can earn for about 3 months. That is, by investing around 5000 rupees, you can earn up to 10 to 15 thousand rupees. If you want to earn more profit, then instead of selling mushrooms, you should sell the products made from it. For example, if mushroom pickle, powder, papad etc. are prepared and sold, then the income can easily be tripled.
