New Delhi. NEET UG 2023: A record 20.87 lakh registrations have been received for the Medical Entrance Examination (NEET-UG)-2023. In which about 12 lakh women candidates are included. As per the registration data, a total of 20.87 lakh candidates have applied for the exam, which is 2.57 lakh more than last year. The medical entrance exam will be held on May 7.
According to the information received, this year the number of female candidates is more than that of male candidates. According to statistics, this year 11.8 lakh female candidates have registered, while in comparison 9.02 lakh male candidates have registered.
Most applications are from Maharashtra
Most applications for NEET UG exam have come from the state of Maharashtra. After this, Uttar Pradesh is in second place.
When will the admit card be released,
soon the admit card and exam city slip will be released for NEET UG exam. If media reports are to be believed then it will be released in the last week of April. Candidates can download it by login to the portal.
