Government oil companies have cut the retail prices of oil released on Wednesday. Due to this, oil prices are softening in many cities from Rajasthan to UP. However, there is no change in prices in the four metros of the country like Delhi-Mumbai even today.
According to government oil companies, petrol has become cheaper by 26 paise in Ghaziabad district of UP and is being sold at Rs 94.44 per liter. Diesel has also fallen by 30 paise and has reached Rs 87.51 per liter. In the capital Lucknow, petrol has increased by 11 paise to Rs 94.69 and diesel has increased by 13 paise to Rs 87.81 per liter. In Jodhpur, the major city of Rajasthan, petrol fell by 17 paise to Rs 105.54 per liter, while diesel became cheaper by 16 paise and is being sold at Rs 90.05 per liter.
Talking about crude oil, its prices have also seen a jump in the last 24 hours. The price of Brent crude has increased to $ 73.28 per barrel. The rate of WTI has also increased to $ 69.29 per barrel.

- Petrol in Mumbai is Rs 103.44 and diesel is Rs 89.97 per liter

- Petrol in Kolkata is Rs 104.95 and diesel is Rs 91.76 per liter
