Petrol Diesel Rates Update: Oil companies have introduced new rates of petrol and diesel. In some cities, the prices of petrol and diesel have come down while in some cities the prices of petrol and diesel have increased. However, there has been no change in the price of fuel in the country’s capital New Delhi.
One liter of petrol in New Delhi costs Rs 96.72 and diesel costs Rs 89.62. Petrol is being sold at Rs 102.63 and diesel at Rs 94.24 in Chennai. Petrol in Mumbai costs Rs 106.31, while diesel costs Rs 94.27 a litre. Petrol in Kolkata costs Rs 106.03 and diesel costs Rs 92.76 per litre.
Rise in the price of crude oil
A rise in the price of crude oil is being seen in the international market. The price of WTI crude oil rose by 0.33 percent and is trading at $ 80.06 per barrel. Similarly, Brent crude oil was up 0.20 per cent at $84.12 per barrel.
Petrol and diesel prices changed in these cities
In Noida and Greater Noida, the price of petrol has been reduced by 41 paise to Rs 96.59 and diesel has been reduced by 38 paise to Rs 89.76 a litre. In Lucknow , the price of petrol has increased by 30 paise to Rs 96.57 and the price of diesel has increased by 10 paise to Rs 89.76 per litre. In Prayagraj , the price of petrol has increased by 72 paise to Rs 97.38 and diesel has increased by 70 paise to Rs 90.56 a litre.
In Patna , the price of one liter of petrol has increased by 7 paise to Rs 107.48 and diesel has increased by 5 paise to Rs 94.26. Petrol price in Jaipur has been reduced by 26 paise to Rs 108.22 and diesel has been reduced by 24 paise to Rs 93.48 per litre.
