How to get e-Aadhaar?
Individuals who know their Aadhaar number can download their e-Aadhaar directly from UIDAI website or mAadhaar app. Go to myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in/ and click on Download Aadhaar.
How to download Plastic Aadhaar Card (PVC Aadhaar card)?
UIDAI also allows individuals to convert their Aadhar card to PVC card online. You can do this by paying a fee of Rs 50 by visiting the UIDAI website. Due to the superior quality of plastic used this PVC card provides better protection for your Aadhaar as compared to standard market plastic cards.
- Go to the website of UIDAI atuidai.gov.in/.
- Click on the ‘My Aadhaar’ tab.
- Under ‘Order Aadhaar PVC Card’, click on ‘Order Now’.
- Enter your Aadhaar number and captcha.
- Click on ‘Proceed’.
- Now you will be asked to enter your address and mobile number.
- Click on ‘Submit’.
- Now an OTP will come on your mobile number.
- Enter OTP and click on ‘Verify’.
- Now you have to pay a charge of Rs.
- Click on ‘Pay Now’.
- You will receive a confirmation message.
- Your PVC Aadhaar Card will be delivered to your address within 15 working days.
