Whereas people living in hilly areas are given Rs 1 lakh 30 thousand. People have many questions in their minds regarding taking advantage of this scheme.

Who will get the benefit?

Only those people who do not have permanent houses can avail the benefits of PM Awas Yojana. To avail the benefits of this scheme, one has to apply on the government website. After this the entire document is examined. Besides this, inspection is also done by the government official. One can also apply for PM Awas Yojana with the help of Village Development Officer and Village Head. If you have a bike or car, you will not get the benefit of PM Awas Yojana. Apart from this, if anyone has a Kisan Credit Card of Rs 50 thousand or more then he cannot avail the benefits of this scheme.

How to check name in the list

  • Go to PM Awas Yojana website pmayg.nic.in and click on the Menu section on the home page.
  • After this select search PMAYG Beneficiary.
  • After this, after selecting Search By Name, a new page will open.
  • On that new page, enter your Aadhaar number and click on the Show button.
  • After this the list of all the beneficiaries will come.
