- Motor cycle, two wheeler or three vehicle owners will also not get the benefit of the scheme.
- People with Kisan Card worth Rs 50 thousand or more cannot apply.

- Here you have to click on the menu tab, after that click on Citizen Assessment option.
- After this enter the Aadhaar number.
- After this you will reach directly to the application page.
- Fill the information asked here.
- Proceed after confirming the information, here you will get the application number.
- After this also download the application form.
