PM Kisan Yojana: More than 65 lakh farmers of Rajasthan got the 17th installment, Bhajanlal government will give this much

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has released the 17th installment of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-Kisan) scheme at the Kisan Sammelan held in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh on Tuesday. More than 65 lakh farmers of the state have got the benefit of the 17th installment of PM Kisan Yojana.

PM Modi transferred an amount of more than 20 thousand crore rupees to the bank accounts of more than 9.26 crore farmers of the country through DBT by pressing the button. About 1 thousand 300 crore rupees have been transferred to the bank accounts of more than 65 lakh farmers of Rajasthan through DBT.

Rajasthan farmers will get two thousand rupees extra every year

Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma joined this program through VC from Jaipur. Farmers of the state will get additional benefits in this scheme. The state government under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma has also decided to give 2 thousand rupees per year in addition to 6 thousand rupees to the beneficiaries of the scheme under the Chief Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. This will put a financial burden of Rs 1300 crore on the state every year.

The scheme was started in February, 2019

Let us tell you that the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-Kisan) scheme was started in February, 2019. In this, financial benefit of Rs 6,000 every year is transferred in three equal installments of Rs 2,000 every four months to the bank accounts of farmers’ families across the country through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).
