Railway issued Guideline: This is big news for those traveling at night! The rule of sleeping in the train has changed, see the new guideline

Railway issued Guideline: Train travel is a very enjoyable experience where people go while spending time with their family and friends. Sometimes people are traveling on any special day, like birthday, anniversary etc.

We all have memories where we wanted to make our trip a memorable one. However, as per the new railway rules, passengers should start keeping an eye on the clock before making such plans.

According to the new guidelines of the railways, no passenger in your seat, compartment or coach can talk loudly on mobile or listen to music in loud voice. Railways have issued new guidelines to ensure that the sleep of the passengers is not disturbed and they can sleep peacefully during the journey.

According to media reports, many passengers often complain that people traveling together in their coaches talk loudly on the phone or listen to songs till late at night. Some passengers also complained that the railway escort or maintenance staff also spoke in a loud voice.

Apart from this, many passengers keep the lights on even after 10 pm, which disturbs their sleep. In view of this, the Railways has made a new rule. In such a situation, if any passenger does not follow the rules, then action will be taken against him.

What are the new rules?

  • The Railway Board has decided that strict action will be taken if you talk loudly on your mobile after 10 pm while traveling in the train.
  • According to the new rules, passengers can neither talk loudly nor listen to music while traveling at night.
  • If any passenger complains, it will be the responsibility of the staff present in the train to resolve it.
