Delhi Government Hike Minimum Wage: The minimum salary of the employees has been increased in the country’s national capital Delhi. The Delhi government has given this gift to the employees. This increase has been done for unskilled, semi-skilled and skilled workers in the unorganized sector. Issuing an order on behalf of the Delhi government, it has been said that this increase will give relief to the employees from inflation.
The Delhi government said that this increase will be implemented from April 1. Now according to this new rates, the monthly salary of skilled workers has been increased from Rs 20,357 to Rs 20,903, which is an increase of Rs 546.
The monthly wages of semi-skilled workers or semi-skilled workers have been increased from Rs 18,499 to Rs 18,993 per month. Apart from this, the monthly salary of unskilled workers has been increased by Rs 442 from Rs 16,792 to Rs 17,234.
Salary of these employees also increased
As per the new rates, the monthly salary of non-matric employees has been increased from Rs 18,499 to Rs 18,993, an increase of Rs 494. On the other hand, there has been an increase of Rs 546 in the monthly salary of matriculation pass and non-graduate employees. Now his salary has increased from Rs 20,357 to Rs 20,903.
Salary of employees with higher education also increased
The government said in its statement that the employees of clerical and supervisor category will also be given the benefit of salary hike. The monthly salary of graduate employees and laborers with higher educational qualification has been increased from Rs 22,146 to Rs 22,744. That is, there has been a maximum increase of Rs 598 in his salary.
