The salary of government employees of Delhi and Haryana will also increase from this.

Talking about the present time, the government employees of Delhi get a basic pay of Rs 19,000. On the other hand, the current basic pay of government employees in Haryana is Rs 17,000. This salary is based on the old fitment factor. But, after the 8th Pay Commission, when the new fitment factor, which is 2.86, will be implemented, then the salary of the government employees of both these states will see a significant increase.
How much will the salary of government employees of Delhi and Haryana increase
Understand it like this, as the government employees of Delhi currently get a basic pay of Rs 19,000, then when the fitment factor of 2.86 will be implemented in Delhi, the basic pay of the government employees here will increase to Rs 54,340. Similarly, if we talk about Haryana, the current basic pay of the government employees here is Rs 17,000. But, when the new possible fitment factor will be implemented in Haryana, the increased basic pay of the government employees of this state will become Rs 48,620. Apart from this, the dearness allowance added to the salary will be separate.
