This is a facility called ‘MSME Sahaj – End to End Digital Invoice Financing’. Its purpose is to provide loans to MSMEs in the shortest possible time. The bank claims that in this process, the work of applying for a loan, submitting papers and getting the loan amount will be completed within 15 minutes. Not only this, no one’s help will be needed in this.

In the information released by the bank, it was claimed that the loan repayment method is also done automatically on the due date. That is, the system completes the entire process on its own. The bank says that by using ‘MSME Sahaj’, customers can get a loan of up to Rs 1 lakh on the basis of their GST registered sales invoice in less than 15 minutes. ‘MSME Sahaj’ has been created to provide the necessary funds to small industries to run their business quickly.

According to the information received from the bank, it has been created to push small industries which come under the purview of GST. According to the bank, existing customers will get this facility online on the ‘Yono’ app. The bank also informed that this facility is also for the owners of such small industries who are not already SBI customers but have a current account with the bank. Crores of businessmen of the country can avail the benefit of this facility by fulfilling the terms and conditions (terms and conditions of MSME).
Giving information on this, SBI Chairman Dinesh Khara said that SBI is committed to setting a new benchmark in business by introducing digital solutions in SME business loans. Khara said that ‘MSME Sahaj’ has been created keeping in mind that small industries can get loans digitally, fast and easily. In this, the customer can complete the process from start to end himself. Khara said that its purpose is to speed up the process of giving loans to small businessmen.
