State Bank of India: State Bank of India has once again implemented Amrit Kalash Fixed Deposit Scheme for its customers.

State Bank of India: State Bank of India keeps on implementing new schemes from time to time for its account holders. Along with this, new schemes are also issued by the bank to add other new users. SBI has again released its old scheme for its consumers. SBI has once again brought Amrit Kalash Fixed Deposit Scheme for its customers from 12th April. This scheme will start from April 12 and continue till June 30. Under this, the users of the bank can get FD done in this scheme.

This scheme issued by SBI is a scheme of 400 days duration. In Amrit Kalash Fixed Deposit Scheme, SBI has fixed an interest of 7.60 per cent for senior citizens. At the same time, 7.10 percent interest has been fixed for other citizens except senior citizens. Let us tell you that the benefit of this scheme can be availed only till June 30. Earlier, the bank had implemented this scheme from February 15, 2023 to March 31, 2023.

When will you get interest

Under this scheme, interest will be given by SBI at the interval of first month, third month and sixth month after making fixed deposit. Along with making a fixed deposit in this scheme, the facility of premature withdrawal is also available to the consumer. Along with this, the bank also gives its customers the facility of taking loan under this scheme. TDS will be deducted from the interest of Fixed Deposit as per the Income Tax Act.

Who will benefit

The scheme is applicable for both Domestic Retail Term Deposits and NRI Rupee Term Deposits for amounts less than Rs.2 crore. New deposits can be made in this. Along with this, the old deposit can also be renewed. In this, the facility of term deposit and special term deposit is also available to the account holders.
