Train No. 22223 Mumbai – Sainagar Shirdi Vande Bharat Express departs from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus at 6.20 am and reaches Sai Nagar Shirdi at 11.40 pm.
Vande Bharat Express: There is good news for railway passengers. Central Railway is soon going to increase the speed of Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus – Shirdi Vande Bharat train, after which the train will run at a speed of 130 kmph, at present this train is running at 110 kmph between Igatpur and Shirdi. Vande Bharat Express currently covers the distance of 342 km in 5 hours and 20 minutes stopping at Dadar, Thane, Kalyan and Nashik railway stations.
According to the Railway Board, the work of improving the track has started to increase the speed of the train. The speed of the semi high speed train will be increased after the track repair work is completed soon. This will reduce the travel time to Shirdi by 30 minutes. Mumbai-Sainagar Shirdi Vande Bharat is the 10th Vande Bharat train of the country.
